3. Where do I go to get my First Responders Appreciation Reward?

Go to ID.ME and create an account. Once you have your account, go over to your ID.ME wallet and select Responder ID. Follow the prompts to activate your wallet. Once your Responder ID is activated, head over to Ford Salutes Those Who Serve and fill out the required information

4. What do I need to activate my Responder ID?

The documentation you need to get your responder ID depends on what type of first responder you are. Find your field below to see what documents you will need.

EMTs and Paramedics - Use your State EMT license/certification number or upload a document that illustrates your current EMT or Paramedic Status

Firefighters - Firefighters who are ProBoard Certified by the NFPA can use that certification to verify or they can upload a document that illustrates your current status as a Firefighter.

Law Enforcement - Law Enforcement Officers do not have a national database with their information, so the only option for verification is to upload a document that illustrates their affiliation as a Law Enforcement Officer.

5. I can't figure out how to activate my reward. What should I do?
